Pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding between the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb) and the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission (GZAC), GZAC hereby issues the following statement:

根据广州仲裁委员会与英国特许仲裁员协会签署的《合作备忘录》，广州仲裁委员会发表以下声明：

1.1  Ciarb qualifications represent a high standard of training and certification for neutrals.

Ciarb资质认证代表中立人士培训与认证的高标准。

1.2  Ciarb qualifications and Fellowship at Ciarb, “FCIArb,” is an indicator of specialised knowledge and a positive criterion, among others, for neutrals and specialised experts to be included on GZAC’s panels and lists.

Ciarb资质及Ciarb资深会员（FCIArb）的头衔，是中立人士及专家具有专业知识的证明，也是其入选广州仲裁委名册的积极考量标准之一。

1.3  Ciarb qualifications and Fellowship at Ciarb, “FCIArb,” represent one criterion that parties resolving disputes at GZAC’s institution should consider, among others, as an indicator that demonstrate the neutral has sufficient training, qualifications, and experience.

当事人选择广州仲裁委解决争议时，可将Ciarb资质及Ciarb资深会员（FCIArb）的头衔作为中立人士具备充分培训、资质与经验的评判标准之一。
